The cottage french doors leads out onto a sunny patio and lawned area. This garden is fully enclosed which makes it a lovely area for little ones enjoy. Here we have small slides and climbing frames on the lawn for your children to use, as well as a courtyard which features a raised Wendy house with slide and a mud/water kitchen. Which will give them hours of fun.

They also can use the much larger orchard garden where there is a Wendy house, swings, slides and other ride on toys. We have a large granite dining table there, which you can all enjoy a BBQ on a sunny evening, whilst watching the children having fun and making memories.

In the Games barn there is table tennis and pool. You may also borrow from here body boards, bucket and spades, and the fossil hunting kit which contains hammer, goggles, pliers and information books. Everything you need for a day at the beach.
