The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave and electric cooker with hob. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a twin bedded room as well as family bathroom. Your beds to will be made up together with towels, bathmat and t-towels for the kitchen. Parking is right outside the cottage.

The farm looks out across the Blackdown Hills which is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural beauty. We are also close to the Jurassic world heritage coastline which includes the coastal resorts of Exmouth, Sidmouth, Seaton, Lyme Regis, Charmouth and lots of other small coastal towns.

As we are allergy aware we do not allow pets or smoking in the cottages. The farm is also a dog free site. Your cottage is available from 4pm on arrival day until 09.45am on departure.

If you are looking for peace, tranquillity and loads of outdoor space, we are surrounded by beautiful countryside which allows for walking, birdwatching, and many other outdoor pursuits. A favourite with guests is to do a circular walk starting in a thatched village and coming back to a meal in the local inn.

If you have small children we have an outside play area with playhouse, climbing frame, swings, slides and much more. We have a barn with pool and table tennis. They can play ball games in the large orchard. They may also like to see the baby calves or perhaps watch the start of the afternoon milking.
